The First Friday of every month, Abbot Kinney comes to life as a delicious destination for locals and travelers. The event draws a large collection of Los Angeles County’s best food trucks every month for a day of tasting and walking in Venice Beach.

Abbot’s Pizza Company
There are a lot of great restaurants on Abbot Kinney Boulevard, and Abbot’s Pizza Company is among the longest standing and most beloved. For nearly twenty five years, this original pizzeria has been a destination for artisanal pies with ingredients like wild mushrooms, fried chicken, and more.

Heist
Heist is one of the most stylish and elegant shopping boutiques located on Abbot Kinney Boulevard. The inventory features a well-curated selection of women’s clothes from unique, and off-the-beaten path designers from around the world.

In Heroes We Trust
In Heroes We Trust is a community arts space and a self-described creative incubator. Come here to shop clothes and designs from local fashionistas, vintage collectors, and artists. Some of the most popular purchases here are of original art prints, street artist t-shirts, and David Bowie murals. It’s also a space where concerts, photoshoots, art openings, and other artsy events take place.

Shima
Shima is one of our favorites among the many delicious and critically-acclaimed restaurants on Abbot Kinney Boulevard. The health-conscious sushi restaurant makes all of the classic roles, but only with brown rice.
