Los Angeles throws one of the biggest Pride festivals in the United States, with a week full of activities at West Hollywood Park, and nearly half a million participants. If you’ll be in town in June, come celebrate Pride!

“One City, One Pride” LGBTQ Arts Festival
May 22nd – June 30th
The City of West Hollywood has long been a central destination for LGBTQ culture, which makes it an ideal setting for this exciting arts festival. The theme of this year’s festival is “Love is Love,” and interpretations and celebrations of this concept will pop up in the form of art events and exhibits throughout the event’s month-plus-long run.
The festival begins on May 22nd, Harvey Milk Day—an apt beginning, celebrating the life of one of our country’s most groundbreaking LGBTQ politicians. One City, One Pride will be organized and produced by the City of West Hollywood’s Arts Division, and they’ll post event listings and updates at WeHo.org/Pride and on social media at @WeHoArts.
LGBT Night at The LA Dodgers
May 31st
Come on out to Dodger Stadium’s Right Field Plaza on the last night of May for the 8th annual LGBT Night at the LA Dodgers. The celebratory evening is a fundraiser for the Christopher Street West organization, a non-profit that produces all of the LA Pride Week events. Proceeds form the event will also go to Casa del Sol, a community program that works with the APLA Health to provide low-income housing to people living with HIV/AIDS.
LA Pride Night at Universal Studios
June 1
This June will mark the second installment of the newly beloved LA Pride Night at Universal Studios. The unique and exciting get-together lets visitors loose in the LA theme park after-hours to enjoy rides, attractions, and live music from acclaimed DJs. Every ticket purchased for the event, also known as “Pride Is Universal,” comes with a number of perks.
When attending, you’ll get all-day access to Universal Studios Hollywood, which opens at 9am on the day of the event. Then, at 9pm, the after-hours experience will include live DJs, dance clubs, comic-book character meet-and-greets, cash bars, and a number of exciting surprises. We can confidently say that there’s no party quite like this in Los Angeles during Pride Week.
2019 LA Pride Festival
June 8-9
This two-day festival invites an esteemed group of LGBTQ+ and allied performers for one of the best annual music experiences Los Angeles has to offer. The line-up for the 2019 LA Pride Festival includes Grammy Award-winners Meghan Trainor and Ashanti. Also on the bill is British electronic pop group Years & Years, Amara La Negra, Ah-Mer-Ah-Su, Dej Loaf, Greyson Chance, MNEK, and Pabllo Vittar.
Accompanying entertainment will include an Opening Ceremony hosted by community leaders, spiritual figures, and international advocates. There will also be other entertainment experiences including the Weho Vogue Ball & Drag Show.
2019 LA Pride Parade
June 9
Expect thousands of exuberant attendees dressed to the nines in colorful outfits, along with live music, food, drinks and a whole lot more to take over Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood. Keep an eye on the LA Pride website for more details to come of the .
